How To Ship Your Inclusions

PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL ITEMS ARE LABELED WITH YOUR NAME!

ASHES:

I request 1/2tsp of ashes in a small bag or container. Remaining ashes will be returned if they are not utilized. 

BREASTMILK:

I request 1/2oz of milk. Place it in one breastmilk bag and 1-2 zip lock bags in case it spills in transit. It does not need to stay cold and it can be old milk. Preservation containers are available for purchase if you would like any preserved milk returned to you. 

HAIR/FUR:

Please provide a thick lock of hair/fur in a small bag or container. Anything that is not utilized will be returned to you. 

FORMULA:

Please provide one scoop of formula in a small bag or container. 

PREGNANCY TEST CAPS:

Please provide the test cap in an envelope or bubble mailer. Anything that is not utilized will be returned to you.

DRIED FLOWERS:

Please provide 3-5 fully dried petals in a ziplock bag and place it in an envelope or a bubble mailer. Anything that is not utilized will be returned to you.

FABRICS/CLOTHING:

You may provide the entire piece of clothing/fabric or a 4x4 square. Anything that is not utilized will be returned to you.
